Iedereen piekert\nweleens. Piekeren houdt in dat u blijft malen over iets, meestal over zaken die in de\ntoekomst zouden kunnen gebeuren of gebeurtenissen uit het verleden. Het is een\neindeloze keten van gedachten die moeilijk te doorbreken lijkt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.23.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2><b>Waarom piekert u<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.4&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Piekeren komt vaak voort uit bezorgdheid of angst. Het lijkt een natuurlijke reactie op\nonzekerheid, maar piekeren kan net leiden tot <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">stress<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/staging.breinfijn.nl\/be\/klachten\/angstklachten\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">angst <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">en negatieve\ngevoelens. U denkt misschien dat het helpt om de spanning te verminderen, uw\ngedachten te ordenen of situaties op te lossen, maar dat is niet het geval.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Piekeren is in feite een controlestrategie om om te gaan met situaties of gevoelens\ndie je moeilijk of vervelend vindt.
